Tempestuous Queso

Ingredients:
14oz& Mexican melting cheese
2 roma tomatoes seeded and chopped
12 green pepper finely chopped
3 scallions thinly sliced
3 tbsp Red Hot Tiki Tempestuous Fire Sauce


Directions:
Cut cheese into 1 inch cubes place in a microwavable bowl
Microwave 1 minute stir microwave 1 minute longer.
Stir repeat in microwave for 30 seconds
Stir in tomatoes green peppers and scallions
Add Red Hot Tiki Tempestuous Fire Sauce
Microwave 1 min stir
Serve with tortilla chips or assorted crudit�s
This recipe can also be used as a fondue with cubes of bread
