This recipe takes all the best things about hot wings and melts them down with cream cheese and not surprisingly, it goes great with beer! Use tortilla chips, crackers or bread to get it in your mouth.
2 8oz blocks of cream cheese
10oz Ranch dressing
2 large cans of chicken
2 cups shredded Colby-Jack cheese
1 1/2 cups celery, chopped
1/2 to 3/4 cup Red Hot Tiki Tempestuous Fire Sauce or Red Hot Tiki Torrid Fire Sauce

In a saucepan, blend cream cheese and ranch dressing until smooth. Remove from heat and mix in rest of ingredients. Place in a baking dish and bake @ 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serve with chips or other dippers.
